- Arrival at Wudangshan, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
- Pick up and transfer to our Hence Tea Culture and Well-being Center within the national park.
- Check-in at the center, followed by a relaxation session.
- Welcome gathering to meet fellow participants and program facilitators.

- Hence Tea Culture and Well-being Center within Wudangshan National Park
Morning
- Start the day with physical exercise options including mountain hiking.
- Practice Tai Chi Quan and Qigong amidst nature.

- Engage in a philosophical tea ceremony with Wudang Tao Tea and other premium tea.
