HenceTea.com routinely processes each order within 24 to 48 hours of its receipt. We aim to ship to the specified address within 5 to 7 days of order placement. If an item is out of stock, then the User will be notified as to when it will become available prior to shipping the order. If an item is out of stock, this will not delay shipping of a partial order. The User will be notified as to the shipment of partial orders. On occasion delay of shipment may occur when we are handling a larger-than-usual number of orders. Should anticipated delay be significant, Hence Tea Corp. will contact the User by email.
If a request for the return or exchange of an item is made by email within 15 days of the User’s receipt of the order, HenceTea.com will fulfill the exchange or return request for most of the teas and tea wares in our catalog. Exchange options will be detailed in our email.
Should it appear that HenceTea.com has made an error in filling your order, please contact us by email and we will make every effort to resolve the matter in a timely manner.
Email requests for returns or exchanges can be sent to CustomerSupport@hencetea.com. Please allow us up to 7 to 14 business days from our having received returned items to post any refund due to the debit or credit card used to pay for the order.
HenceTea.com will provide the User with a return shipping label by email.
